Bad-to-the-bone, and full on funkin' as Brassroots hits Mr Fox for a huge live set party as part of Croydon Calling.

With DJs popping up either side of the live show to select the finest slices of funk and beats... this is going to be one very steamy night at Mr Fox!

Brassroots have set stages ablaze from Ronnie Scotts to Glastonbury, London Jazz Festival to Channel 4's Celebrity Big Brother, Secret Garden Party, Standon Calling to WOMAD UK and Canarias, where 40,000 people gyrated to Brassroots on the streets of Las Palmas. From Belgium to Germany, The Netherlands to Ireland this bands' international roots have seen well over 2500 chart appearances with their first 2 independent releases "Brassroots" and "Black Eye Friday" (Brassroots Records 2008, 2013)

Brassroots have also recorded and/or performed with an impressive roster of international chart topping artists including Rudimental, Coolio, Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, Stylo G, Elle Eyre, John Newman, Duke Dumont, Beggar and Co. and countless others.

Having independently released (and sold out of) their self-titled debut EP, Brassroots received global radio play from the likes of Gilles Peterson, Rob Da Bank and the USA's legendary Jeremy Sole on KCRW. The band's cover of Inner City's 'Good Life' alone has racked up well over 1500 chart appearances thus far.
