Funhouse Comedy Club returns to the Grainstore Brewery, Oakham on Thursday November 28th for more fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is the somewhat cynical and gloomy Mike Gunn, who despite this has the ability to get the crowd on his side, however far he pushes! In his first Edinburgh Festival Show, he appeared as a funeral director! He has appeared on numerous TV programmes, including Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Celebrity Deal or no Deal (CH 4), and Harry Hill's TV Burp (ITV). He has also been a contributor for The Guardian and written for Time Out, The List and Match of the Day Magazine and was support for Lee Mack on a huge theatre tour. In 2012 along with his touring partner, Sean Collins he completed a 35 date sell out UK tour.

Opening the night will be Canadian Sean Collins, who has appeared on 'Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow'. He began comedy in 1990 in Vancouver, Canada, after a career as a child counsellor on the psychiatric unit at a local hospital. With a wealth of stories to tell, from surreal gigs in far-flung outposts of his native Canada and more up-to-date contemplations on his new life settled in Britain, with a young son; he never fails to entertain.

Also appearing is finalist in 'English Comedian of Year' 2017, the instantly likeable, confident and cheeky Clayton Jones, with his observational comedy and tales of everyday family life.

Compere for the night will be the calm and carefree, writer and stand-up Tony Cowards. His smart and hilariously stupid jokes, always leaves people rolling in the aisles!
