After a sold-out run in New York City, actress-writer Victoria Rigby brings her classic-rock-infused 1960s show to the Bedford, Balham for two special performances in aid of the International Planned Parenthood Federation.

Set in repressive Texas in 1969, the show follows the hell-raising exploits of rock singer Jeannie Hogan, defying the expectations of a young woman in conservative America. Featuring music from The Doors, Muddy Waters, Janis Joplin and the Rolling Stones, Girl From Nowhere is a "breathtaking" rock-gig-confessional and five-star theatrical triumph, backed by an electrifying three-piece rock band.

All proceeds will be donated to the International Planned Parenthood Federation.
