National Handicrafts and Handlooms Museum

 

The museum is situated at a prominent location of Delhi facing the Purana Qila complex. It was set up over a period of 30 years by the efforts of the renowned freedom fighter late Smt Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay, when the area was envisaged as an ethnographic space where craftsmen from various parts of India would come in to work towards preservation of various traditional arts and crafts.

 

This Indian Craft Museum comprises of authentic ethnic works of the artisan which includes Wooden Carvings, Metal ware, Paintings, Village complex, Performing arts, Active craftsmen and Shops which reflects the culture of India.

 

Join us for a guided photowalk to explore the vibrant, undiscovered charm of Craft Museum surrounded by the scintillating  architecture and masterful craftsmanship with the mobilographer and mentor as good as Atul Hundoo.

The walk is for photography enthusiasts who would like to learn the art of Smartphone Photography from a renowned photographer. We are looking at a maximum of 25 people for this walk and it will be on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Group Photo will be taken in the beginning of the workshop so kindly assemble at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. 
  • In this photowalk, you are responsible for your cameras, belongings and other equipment.
  • Taking photos of other participants or the mentor without their permission is prohibited.
  • Abusive behaviour towards other participants, members of the public or the photo walk leader will not be tolerated. Mentor reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove anyone from a photo walk at our discretion, without liability.
  • Attendance of a photo walk constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
