Tai Chi is great for balance, and is an excellent moving meditation for those who don't like sitting meditation. Tai Chi and Qigong helps with creativity as it builds new pathways between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Some say Tai chi is the new yoga, perfect for any age or ability. You can make it more or less strenuous by how much you choose to bend your knees during any given practice. Fun class. If you're not smiling you're not doing it right. ;o)) Make Tai chi your happy place. You can attend one or both of the two classes in November. We'll learn the standardized simplified Tai Chi 24 forms over the two workshops. If you miss the first class, the series will be repeated each month in the winter. It doesn't matter which class you start with, just start. Tai chi and Qigong is a fantastic gift to yourself and your loved ones. 12:30pm to 2pm on each of the two Saturdays in November.
