Tai chi is great for balance, and is an excellent moving meditation for those who don't like sitting meditation. Tai chi and Qigong helps with creativity as it builds new pathways between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Some say Tai chi is the new yoga, perfect for any age or ability. You can make it more or less strenuous by how much you choose to bend your knees during any given practice. Fun class.
