GateWay's Introduction to Taiji 10-week course meets twice weekly - Tuesdays at 11:30am and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Each class includes stretching, breathing and warm up exercises, and you will learn Part 1 of the 108 Move Yang Style Long Form in just 10 weeks. Instructor Bill Buckley is an internationally ranked Taiji instructor and Qigong master with over 30 years' experience.
