For those driving, there will be clear signposts to the various car parks or drop-off points as you approach the festival site. Parking tickets cost £10 in advance, and £20 on the gate.

There are no age restrictions at the festival, however those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Those under 12 are able to enter for free.

All reasonable attempts are made by the festival to reunite lost items with their owners. After 6 weeks, unclaimed items will be donated to charity (or in the case of passports, bank cards and driving licences, returned to their respective bank or passport/DVLA office).

For site bars and for purchasing cigarettes, there is a 'Challenge 21' policy - This means that if you look under 21 you may be asked for ID. The following are accepted forms of ID:

  • A passport
  • An EU photocard driving licence
  • A proof of age card bearing a PASS hologram
  • A Ministry of Defence identity card
  • A National Identity card issued by an EU member state

There are several bars in the arena, operating on a cash-only basis.

Only food for personal consumption and water/soft drinks in sealed bottles 500ml and under may be brought into the arena.

There are a number of cash points dotted throughout the arena. Please check the festival maps onsite for their location. They charge a small fee for services.

Yes, there will be lockers available to hire. Lockers need to be purchased in advance.

All lockers have USB ports for phone charging, but have only one charging device per locker. Please remember to bring your own USB cable.
