Difficulties communicating with our partners, co-workers, friends and family, anxiety, anger, loneliness, and stress are issues that can affect our mental and physical health.

While everyone may face these issues, men are less likely to seek support. This group provides the opportunity to seek the support of other men while learning the tools of emotional responsibility that you can use in your everyday life.

Over nine sessions we will provide a confidential space to discuss your current struggles with other men facing their challenges. This is an opportunity to explore emotions and their root causes.

This group will provide tools for emotional maintenance. Take a first step by contacting us to register.

Open to all:
The group is open to anyone 18 or older who identifies as male.
