Our emotions can be a great source of wisdom, informing our thinking process, providing a larger perspective, and helping us to connect authentically to the world around us. In this 5 week mindfulness class we will explore how to relate skillfully to our emotions using the traditional practices of loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity. Each class will include sitting practice, guided meditations, a short talk, and discussion. This class is for people who have some meditation experience.
